Jacqueline was very helpful before my first appt with her. We went over products she uses due to allergies I have. Came to my appt and was greeted at the door. Instantly felt calming and comfortable. She told me the steps she was going to do for my eyebrow shaping and waxing and I love how they turned out. Then came the Korean lash lift. So relaxing (I might have dozed off a couple times). Her room had a good vibe. Music was relaxing. I almost cried when my lash lift was done since I loved them so much (I was like, don’t cry! You can’t get them wet!) very excited to continue services in the future with Jacqueline. Great conversation the whole time. Thank you Jacqueline!
